I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Tampa in 2010. Before pursuing a career in law, I worked as a Copy Editor for the Tampa Tribune. I was awarded a scholarship to attend Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where I graduated Cum Laude in 2016. During my time in law school, I received Book Awards in Legal Writing, Scholarly Writing, and Pre-Trial Skills.
I served as Senior Articles Editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law, and was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. I also represented Thomas M. Cooley Law School as a Governor of the Florida Bar Young Lawyer’s Division, Law Student Division, from 2015 to 2016.
Currently, I am a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and The Florida Bar Young Lawyer’s Division. I am also admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida.
