Carlton Law, Ltd. is a low-volume boutique law firm that provides high-touch bespoke legal services to startups, small business owners, social enterprise entrepreneurs, and nonprofit founders.

As the founder of Carlton Law, Ltd., I leverage my international finance and legal experience, project management, and professional sales acumen to launch new ventures and improve established businesses.

As an Attorney, I help my clients navigate the complex legal landscape quickly and confidently, using my corporate and contract law skills. I have been practicing law for more than a decade as a licensed attorney in Illinois.

In my previous role as the Managing Director - General Counsel at Teixeira Development Group, SA, I led the development of the first all-digital cinema in Angola, secured a master country license for Hard Rock Café in Angola (Africa), and created formerly nonexistent supply chains critical for top tier retail vendors.

I earned my JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, my MA from the University of Chicago, and my MBA from Loyola University Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

I am passionate about lifelong learning and aspire to enjoy life as a digital nomad, delivering high-touch, bespoke legal services to CEO founders, Startups, and social enterprise and nonprofit founders wherever my laptop can travel while remaining compliant with the rules of engagement as a licensed attorney.
