Mr. Barnds has handled a broad range of domestic matters, encompassing everything from uncontested divorces, to contested trials, to post-decree modifications and enforcement. Mr. Barnds has also helped clients through disputes involving issues of child custody, support, and spousal maintenance. Mr. Barnds has also assisted clients with appealing lower courts decisions on family law matters. Mr. Barnds understands that each client has individual needs, and the importance that such needs play in the litigation process.
