I care immensely about my clients and my only goal is to win clients' cases in an ethical and just manner. I've been an attorney for a dozen years with wins in circuit court, administrative tribunals, and State Supreme Court. I have had one case go to SCOTUS and my lower tribunal work was upheld. I am admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for Southern WV, both since 2013, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review since 2015.
I look for very specific evidence when submitting my client's immigration cases, and customize each evidentiary submission to each case. I primarily focus on family-based immigration: consular processing, adjustment of status, for spouses; but I am also very passionate and concerned about children and ensuring children get their green cards and don't wind up lost in the system through K visas and adoptions. I handle SIV cases and VAWA cases as well. If you're a student on OPT or CPT and need help you're always welcome to call. If you're an H1B and want to know when the heck your employer is going to sponsor you, I'd also like to hear from you if you need help. Immigration is a very special practice area and is life altering. I urge you to choose an attorney with experience and a track record of success.
