Holoubek Patent Law files and prosecutes scores of domestic, foreign, and international patent applications, under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), each year in a variety of technologies including the medical, electrical, mechanical, computer engineering, e-commerce, nanotechnology and chemical fields. At the same time, we also understand that each application is important and devote the same care and attention to each patent application being handled by our office.
