Eric Stevens is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed civil mediator with 40 years of employment and general civil litigation experience including:

• Collective litigation involving federal and state wage and hour laws
• Contract disputes
• Discrimination and harassment disputes under state and federal laws
• Whistleblower and retaliation claims
