She was born in New York City and settled in Northern Virginia after attending Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. She is an excellent listener and problem-solver. Camellia’s advice is borne of her significant experience handling divorce and family law matters. She has handled all types of issues such as spousal and child support, property division, including businesses and real estate, complex custody and visitation matters, and fault-based divorces.
Camellia’s belief that the optimal path to resolution is usually not in the courtroom is aligned with the firm’s mission to preserve relationships in the family, and clients’ assets; litigation can be emotionally draining and expensive. Camellia utilizes these whenever appropriate. Her courtroom experience dates back to her work as an intern at the Court of Appeals of Virginia. Camellia is also fluent in Farsi and Dari.
Camellia is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle, where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts and Sciences. She graduated from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University.
