
Caitlin B. Fox
Caitlin represents clients across all areas of family law, including custody, divorce, support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, enforcement and modification of agreements, same-sex rights, domestic violence, paternity, and adoption. She is dedicated to providing compassionate counsel while advocating fiercely for her clients, guiding families through the complexities of legal challenges with both empathy and strategic expertise.
Caitlin earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she co-founded an organization connecting law students with practicing professionals in Philadelphia and served as President of the Family Law Society. As a student mediator for Temple Law’s Domestic Relations Mediation Clinical, she worked directly with families to resolve custody disputes in Philadelphia Family Court. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, where she was actively involved in the Penn State Dance Marathon.
An engaged member of the legal community, Caitlin is involved with the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society of Philadelphia, and the Nicholas Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Court.
Caitlin serves clients throughout the five-county Philadelphia area.
