A: Although this advice may be too late, if you are going to plead guilty, then it is always good to take steps that show you are remorseful.

A: That is right. You still cannot legally possess a firearm.

Q. Can a person be sent a legal complaint for felony charges via snail mail without being formally charged?
A: Yes. This is a valid way to serve your family member. More importantly getting a complaint is actually the same thing as being charged with a crime.
