Great Legal Representation Can Make All The Difference In Your Case
Bradley Keffer represents clients in a wide array of legal matters. While Bradley’s primary focus is criminal law and criminal-related litigation, he oversees a 100% litigation-focused practice. As a result, Bradley has represented clients in both complex litigation and high-profile matters in both State and Federal courts. Moreover, Bradley has represented clients who have been targets of investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATFE), state and local law enforcement, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office Grand Jury Division, the Office of the Indiana Secretary of State, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, and University Title IX investigations.
Bradley began his legal career serving as a deputy prosecuting attorney in both Marion and Tippecanoe counties. As a deputy prosecutor in Tippecanoe County, Bradley led the Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT), served as the lead prosecutor assigned to the Tippecanoe County’s Title 9 (BMV) Court, and conducted major felony prosecutions for offenses ranging from Forgery to Homicide to Narcotics Manufacturing and Dealing. As a deputy prosecutor in Marion County, Bradley led its Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT) where he was responsible for investigating and prosecuting DUI and OVWI cases involving death or serious bodily injury. In addition to prosecuting all types of misdemeanor and felony offenses, Bradley focused on fatality and serious bodily injury hit & run cases, and complex White Collar crimes.
In his time as a prosecutor, Bradley has tried dozens of jury trials and countless bench trials and provided training to other prosecutors on DUI law, DUI prosecution, and jury selection.
