Benson Varghese is the Managing Partner at Varghese Summersett PLLC, the largest criminal defense firm in Tarrant County. He is an experienced litigator who has tried over 100 state and federal cases to Texas juries.
Benson is often called upon to handle complex cases. He has also become a go-to attorney for intoxication-related offenses in Texas. Benson received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, before obtaining his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Benson Varghese served as an editor for two law journals. He is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, an associate member of Eldon B. Mahon Inns of Court, a past Board Member of Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, a lifetime member of Christian Trial Lawyers Association, a member of Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, a member of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and a former member of the Texas District and County Attorneys Association.
