With more than 30 years of experience, Killough has participated in prosecuting more than 100 foreign patent applications and has obtained more than 300 United States patents for clients. In addition, he has filed more than 1,000 trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. As a senior fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Killough is an experienced litigator.
Killough is certified as a mediator by South Carolina Supreme Court Arbitrator and Mediator Certification Board and prefers to mediate intellectual property disputes and commercial disputes.
