For the past 27 years, I have dedicated my career to handling Criminal Defense cases. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, and a Law Degree. Currently, I am pursuing another Master’s Degree. I provide my clients with 24-hour access to me through phone, email, and text, ensuring they can reach me whenever they need. Although I have a secretary, I personally handle all my work. By taking on fewer cases, I am able to devote more time and attention to each case. I am committed to fighting for my clients to help them rebuild their lives. You can trust me as your lawyer. - Q. Can I get my speeding ticket thrown out if the cop doesn’t give me a copy?
- A: You should receive a copy of the ticket at the time of the stop and it needs to be personally handed to you or you may be able to request a dismissal since there is no verification that a stop actually occurred. Therefore you should definitely fight it. You should also make sure that you don’t make any admissions during the stop. Answer only questions about your identity and insurance and then politely state that you are asserting your right to remain silent. You may also state that you do not answer questions without your attorney present.
