Al's legal journey commenced in 2000 at a prestigious litigation firm in Birmingham, Alabama, where he later ascended to a partnership position. During his private practice, he refined his skills across diverse legal domains, including employment, product liability, and professional liability, while representing clients in state and federal courts in Alabama and Georgia. Additionally, Al served as an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law. His expertise is centered on strategic problem-solving, mediation, and arbitration. He holds registrations with esteemed organizations such as the American Arbitration Association, International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution, Alabama State Court Mediator Roster, and ADR Panel of Neutrals for the Northern District of Alabama. In 2023, he assumed the role of Hearing Officer for the Alabama State Bar's Disciplinary Board and proudly holds an AV Preeminent Martindale Hubbell Rating.
