After undergraduate study at Whitworth University and graduate study at the University of Maine, Robin Emmans has returned to the Yakima Valley to serve her community by practicing law in the intense and dynamic area of criminal defense. She has a special passion for constitutional issues as they are played out in daily life through law enforcement interactions with citizens. Mr. Blair has been practicing law for over 17 years and has lived and worked in Lewis County for the last 15 years. He specializes in criminal defense of serious felony cases, includging murder, arson, rape, burglary, drug offenses, and various misdemeanor charges including DUI and DV Assault.

Steve is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he received High Honors, graduating in the top 5% of his class. Some history: Steve served two years for the San Juan County Prosecuting Attorney as a criminal Deputy Prosecutor. Prior to that, Steve helped provide public defense for The Tulalip Tribes.
