I am licensed in Utah, Idaho, New York and California. With the exception of California, I have lived and practiced law in each of these jurisdictions.

Although born in Denver, Colorado, Mark has lived in Idaho most of his life. Mark grew up in Eagle, Idaho and graduated from Eagle High School.
