Drew Quitschau is the author of "Anastasoff v. United States: Uncertainty in the Eighth Circuit - Is there a Constitutional Right to Cite Unpublished Opinions?" published in the Arkansas Law Review, Vol. 739, 2002. Drew Quitschau is admitted to the Illinois Bar, Texas Bar and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. He completed the American Bar Association Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute and is a Northwestern University trained mediator. Drew Quitschau is certified to act as a Child Representative and Guardian Ad Litem in the 10th and 11th Circuits. He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the McLean County Bar Association and the R.C. Underwood Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
